Forzatè Raboso IGT Veneto Antica Maniera

This wine, which is native to the Veneto, is harvested at the end of October. In the past, its grapes were hung in the kitchen and, on account of their resistant skin, could be eaten until Easter when already dried. “Antica Maniera” highlights the traditional manner of letting the grapes partially dry to get this wine.
The name “Forzatè” was given in memory of the blessed Giordano Forzatè, ancestor of the Capodilista family and friend of St. Anthony of Padova, to whom the family chapel is dedicated. In the great years this wine is saved also in 1.5 l bottle.

COLOUR: Full, ruby red.

AROMA: A forceful blend of spices, nuts and maraschino cherries.

TASTE: Its full body warms the palate and is sustained by a good acid content which makes it a truly unique wine.
