Red wines in barriques, on sale
Four different labels of red wine aged in barriques are produced in our vineyard.
The refinement lasts between 6 and 18 months.
Well before it became an international trend, the Merlot Colli Euganei DOC has long been the best known and enjoyed by locals in the Veneto region.
Produced in the historical vineyard on the south-facing Montecchia hill, the Villa Capodilista label is the Premier Cru of our Farm. Bordered by a long square shaped fence as in a typical French “clos“. The volcanic soil and the Trachyte rock give the wine an unique savoury taste.
The Ireneo label is obtained by the best wine grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmenère. Grown on Mount Castello in Baone using eco-friendly products.
The Baòn label finally is only obtained in great vintages when both the climate and the vineyard enjoy the perfect conditions to deliver the best wine.
Each of these labels are an ideal accompaniment to meats, game and seasoned cheese.
